Payment of your order with Western Union

Western-Union is a reliable payment solution for any transaction. We chose Western-Union because payments because they are quick and confidential. You have the option of paying at one of the many Western-Union points of sale (500.000 Western-Union branches in more than 200 countries) or directly on their website with your credit card.

  • No additional fees from us (but Western-Union transaction fees are your responsibility, we must receive the exact amount of your order)

1 - Pay your order with Western-Union

In the branch or on Internet, complete the "Send Money" form with the following information:

  1. NAME and FAMILY NAME of the beneficiary:

    We will communicate payment information on your confirmation page.

    This beneficiary is for single use, for this order only. For a future order, we will automatically give you another beneficiary.

  2. The first and last name of the person who paid for the order (as they appear on identity papers).
  3. Destination country: Ukraine (the city is not essential).
  4. The amount you want to send (transaction costs are your responsibility).
  5. The beneficiary should receive the money in cash.
  6. Please make sure that the beneficary receives the same currency you send.
    For example, if you pay in €, please ask the beneficiary to receive €. 
    But if you pay with $, please ask the recipient to receive $.
    If you are paying in a currency other than $ or, then please request that the beneficiary receive in $.
  7. Do not send less than à 85 € per beneficiary (minimum accepted).
  8. NEW, IMPORTANT: In "Reason for payment", you must choose "Humanitarian aid" or "Gift or gift" (or similar).
    (Please NEVER choose “family support” or anything related to loved ones or your payment could be canceled).
  9. Keep the MTCN tracking number that the agent gives you in order to send it to us using the form below.

3 - Once the information is validated, we ship your order within 48 hours

After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within 48 hours average (working days).
